DETAILED PROJECT DESCRIPTION –
Restoration and extension of the original listed Manor House, currently operating as a Hotel, including provision of additional 65 hotel rooms and associated leisure and conference facilities.
The project also involved the design of 38 high quality apartments on a sensitive site in a Registered Park containing the Grade II* listed buildings and structures.
All of the above were brought together within a Master Plan, which included the restoration of the historic parkland, being brought together in a Management Plan required as part of the Section 106 negotiations. .
