Role – Quinquennial Inspector (Paul Jackson), Architects (construction and conservation)
Nature of Project – i) Quinquennial Inspections, ii) Crypt refurbishment for 3rd Age Centre in 1995, iii) High level stonework repairs and re-roofing in 2000
Date of Commission – Quinquennial Inspections every five years
Stage Complete – Complete & Ongoing
DETAILED PROJECT DESCRIPTION –
i) 2006 Appointment by parish confirmed by Diocese. Health check, setting targets for the following 5 years.
ii) Refurbishment; kitchens upgraded, ramp and wheelchair lift installed.
iii) Stonework repairs to gables East and West end with new cross. Plain-tile roofs with lead valley gutters renewed with re-used tiles on outer slopes.
