DETAILED PROJECT DESCRIPTION –
This project for this riverside site includes the construction of 186 flats adjacent to the River Roding along with a new canoe club facility, within the context of an overall Master Plan. The specific accommodation and river access requirements of the Canoe Club had to be considered along with servicing of the River Barrage that is situated within the site. The design was developed in close collaboration with the Local Authority and the Environment Agency.
