DETAILED PROJECT DESCRIPTION –
This project involves the restoration and extension to a Country House in Kent to be a Private House.
The building is currently in a poor state and the practice is involved in firstly the restoration of the exterior and will be progressing not only the internal refurbishment but also with the extension of the property with the end result being a high quality county house.
References to the original property and traditional detailing are key to this project.
The practice is also undertaking works to the external buildings and out houses such as the stable block and clock tower, but also landscaping of the grounds.
