DETAILED PROJECT DESCRIPTION -
Commissioned by the client in 1999 for new build residential development on the site of King Henry VIII dockyard in Woolwich. Achieved planning consent for 181 residential units. This accommodation was provided in 4 blocks. 2 of these blocks in the form of 14 storey towers. In addition to the design of the residential accommodation on the site the following was also considered:
Construction began on 3 of the blocks in 2004 to provide 158 units. The development was completed in 2006.
