DETAILED PROJECT DESCRIPTION –
Commissioned by the client in 2002 for a mixed use new build residential and office development on a derelict site in Tanner Street, London. Over two separate applications achieved planning consent for approximately 21 residential units including live/work. The site was a tight urban site within close proximity to the railway lines from London Bridge Station. Issues regarding acoustics and outlook were key in the design.
